Shipping Policy

When is my order being processed? 

All our orders are processed in our main facility in Morgantown, WV USA.

We process orders Monday – Friday.

Orders will be processed and shipped at a maximum of 5 working days.

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Once you have placed your order, allow 3-5 working days to process your order.

Shipping times will differ, you can use your tracking number with the selected courier to estimate arrival. If by some chance your package is lost in route, please contact your selected courier to file a claim with them. 

Are there any extra charges?

At checkout you will see the total price for coffee, and additionally there will be a price referenced to shipping.  SABO Coffee Roasters charges a $7 flat rate shipping fee to any location in the U.S. The flat rate shipping cost is paid by the customer. For any orders exceeding $50, not including the flat rate shipping fee, SABO offers free shipping.
