Origin:
A blend celebrating the diversity of three exceptional origins. Brazil Cerrado Mineiro adds smoothness and sweetness, while Ethiopia Yirgacheffe contributes a bright, floral acidity. Colombia Huila enhances the blend with body and depth, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Rich notes of bitter chocolate, jasmine flowers, plum, and a hint of toasted nuts. Full-bodied with vibrant acidity, making this blend dynamic and complex, perfect for those seeking a sophisticated cup.
Brewing Recommendation:
V60 or Chemex

Ratio: 1:16 – 20g of coffee for 320ml of water.

Medium grind, water at 92-94°C. Pour in slow, controlled motions to ensure an even extraction that highlights floral and fruity notes.
Extra Tip: Also works wonderfully in French press, where the chocolate and nutty flavors are accentuated.
