How to Return a Product
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please include the reason to return your product. Our team will revise your request and will provide you instructions of how to continue.Â
Returns are only valid for coffee makers and/or accessories (filters, cleaning articles) bought at sabocoffeeroasters.com. Whole bean or ground coffee is not permitted to return.Â
We will only accept products that are in their original package and without prior use, complete with all parts, including documentation and instruction books.Â
If the returned product is in conditions that we believe are unacceptable, we are not obligated to issue a refund.Â
How long does it take a refund to process?
Typically it takes between 7-15 business days to completely process a refund from the day that we receive your product. We will confirm to you by mail when your product is processed.
How do I change or cancel my oder?
Please communicate with us as quickly as possible to understand your necessity and your oder number.
Your order will be revised to add or remove as needed.Â
If we have already sent your order, we are unable to change or cancel it.Â
