COLOMBIA HUILA – Dark Roast
Origin:
From the mountains of Huila, Colombia, this coffee is cultivated by small family farms at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level. The region’s volcanic soils, cool climate, and hand-picked harvests produce a bold, balanced cup.
Tasting Notes:
Rich flavors of dark chocolate, panela, and dried plum, with a full body and low, mellow acidity. The dark roast brings out intensity without overpowering the origin’s character.
Brewing Recommendation:
Espresso or Moka Pot

Espresso: 1:2 – 18g of coffee for 36g of espresso, 28-30 seconds.
